Welcome to Helmet Shudhhi, a helmet disinfecting kiosk service based in Bangalore. By using our kiosk, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services.

Sevice Overview

Helmet Shudhhi provides helmet sanitization and disinfection services using advanced cleaning techniques. Our process aims to eliminate bacteria, germs, odors, and other contaminants to ensure a hygienic and fresh experience for helmet users.

Usage Policy
  • Customers must place their helmets in the designated slot and follow all on-screen or in-person instructions.
  • The service is designed for standard helmets used for motorcycling and two-wheeler commuting. We do not guarantee compatibility with specialized or custom helmets.
  • Customers must ensure that their helmet is free from fragile accessories before using our kiosk.
Service Limitations
  • While we take all precautions to ensure the safety of your helmet, Helmet Shudhhi does not guarantee 100% removal of stains, deep-seated dirt, or pre-existing damages.
  • Our service does not repair or restore worn-out helmets.
Liability & Damage Risks
  • Helmet Shudhhi is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the helmet before the disinfection process.
  • Customers acknowledge that minimal wear and tear may occur due to the nature of the cleaning process, and Helmet Shudhhi shall not be held liable for minor scratches or fading.
  • Helmet Shudhhi is not responsible for any structural weaknesses or defects in the helmet that may become evident post-cleaning.
  • In the event of machine failure or unexpected damage caused by the kiosk, our liability will be limited to a refund of the service fee or, at our discretion, reimbursement up to a reasonable amount, not exceeding INR 1,000 per incident.
Saftey and Hygiene Compliance
  • We use industry-approved disinfecting agents and processes that are non-toxic and safe for regular use.
  • Customers are advised to inspect their helmets post-cleaning and report any major concerns immediately to our support team.
Payment and Refund Policy
  • Payments must be made via the designated payment methods provided at the kiosk.
  • Once the disinfection service has commenced, no refunds will be issued unless the process is interrupted due to technical failure.
Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that they use the kiosk correctly by following all provided instructions.
  • Helmet Shudhhi is not liable for helmets left unattended at the kiosk after the service is complete.
Changes to Terms and Conditions

Helmet Shudhhi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at the kiosk or on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
